Compare this and the K3CCD tools version and you'll see that this one has finer details (look in the illuminated crater wall of the large crater with central peak). This crater is an excellent example of a fully formed crater with peak and the pair is eyecatching. |
Size: 640x480 This is a respresentative "good frame" from the original webcam AVI file. File was 10 seconds, composed of 100 frames. Shutter speed was 1/25th of a second. I might try a longer shutter speed and a longer file length to get more "good" frames |
Size: 640x480 This is 100 frames of the original AVI stacked with K3CCD tools. Note that this reduces the pixel noise in the frame quite a bit. 100 frames were taken with K3CCD tools at 1/25th second at 10 frames per second, then stacked. |
